Wolves take to the field for the final time this season today.
Wolves will bring down the curtain on what has been a truly turbulent campaign.
But thankfully, there are no relegation fears today, after survival was confirmed weeks ago.
Vitor Pereira succeeded Gary O’Neil in December and made a stunning impact, and fans are hoping to see the team really kick on now under the Portuguese.
Pereira needs to be back this summer, and fans do not want to see a repeat of the Julen Lopetegui situation when he left Wolves just days before the 2023/24 season over player recruitment.
And those fans may now be slightly nervous over a claim one Premier League club is looking at Pereira, with speculation rife about their current manager.

Pereira has done an outstanding job at Molineux.
His appointment raised eyebrows at the team, given he had hopped from club to club in recent times, and had been over in Saudi Arabia most recently.
But he’s been superb for Wolves, making the team harder to beat, getting points on the board and instilling new belief in both the players and the fans.

Wolves fans adore Pereira for his passion too, and his love of visiting the pubs of Wolverhampton has made him a very popular figure.
It was perhaps inevitable then, that there would be some interest in him going into the summer.
According to journalist Alan Nixon via his Patreon, Fulham will make a dramatic swoop for Pereira this summer if their boss Marco Silva leaves the club.
It’s stated Silva may be tempted to leave Craven Cottage having potentially taken them as far as he can.
It’s also claimed Fulham ‘could put together a better financial package and also a long term plan that suits him more’.
Silva has been strongly linked with a move to Saudi Arabia, so Wolves may need to brace themselves for an approach if Silva is tempted by the riches.
Fulham interest in Pereira is a warning for Fosun
So Fulham may have interest in Pereira amid speculation Silva could leave the club.
This is slightly concerning, because we’ve seen what happened with Lopetegui at Molineux and fans will not want history to repeat itself. Lopetegui felt the goalposts were moved on him regarding transfers, and he then walked away from the job after growing frustrated.
Wolves could potentially do great things under Pereira, and Fosun cannot risk losing him – he is the best thing to happen to the club for quite some time.
