Chelsea are hoping for a big summer transfer window and have started putting plans together to bolster their squad, although much will depend on Champions League qualification.
The Blues will be hoping they can keep their place in the Premier League’s top five when they face the tough task of going to Nottingham Forest away and getting a result.
Forest and Aston Villa will both be hoping to sneak past the West London club at the final hurdle of the season and reach Europe’s elite competition.
But regardless, Enzo Maresca’s side already have a list of three attacking midfielders whom they want to bring to Stamford Bridge this summer.

Chelsea add Man United’s Alejandro Garnacho to shortlist
One of the players Chelsea have added to their list of targets is Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho, according to The Guardian.
Recently, Garnacho has offered himself to Arsenal with the Argentine searching for a new club. Ruben Amorim has told Garnacho he can leave United this summer.
Man United value Garnacho at £60 million as they look to raise funds to help rebuild the Portuguese coach’s squad. Chelsea tried to sign Garnacho in January, however, they failed to get a deal done. Now, the Blues could return for the 20-year-old this summer.
Chelsea also want Aston Villa’s Morgan Rogers and Jamie Gittens from Dortmund
Meanwhile, the report adds that Aston Villa midfielder Morgan Rogers and Borussia Dortmund’s Jamie Gittens are also on Chelsea’s list of targets.
Getting Rogers out of Villa could be tricky as the midfielder is open to staying in the Midlands, where he will get regular minutes ahead of the 2026 World Cup. Unai Emery loves Rogers and Villa would make it near impossible to land the 22-year-old this summer.
Jamie Gittens has been described as a ‘baller’ having really impressed in the Bundesliga this season. The winger has 12 goals and five assists in all competitions for Dortmund.
