Arsenal have been in touch with the representatives of Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho, according to reports.
The Argentinian international is expected to leave Old Trafford over the coming weeks, with all parties now in agreement that a parting of ways is the best solution.
It looks like the list of Garnacho’s potential suitors is growing with TBRFootball claiming his agents have been “in contact with Arsenal” this week.

Whether it will lead to a bid from the Gunners, it isn’t known at this stage but, based on this latest information, there seems to be more than one suitor for the 20-year-old in the Premier League.
Chelsea wanted the forward in January
Arsenal’s London rivals Chelsea were among the clubs who made enquiries about Garnacho‘s availability during the January transfer window, along with Napoli.
However, no team was prepared to match United’s asking price of €70m (£60m). The Red Devils have reportedly lowered their demands since then.
How much money are United demanding for Garnacho?
TBRFootball suggest a fee in the region of €60m (£50m) is likely to be enough, with the Red Devils keen to raise funds for their own transfer business, having failed to qualify for the Champions League.
Garnacho is said to be hoping to receive an offer from his former team, Atletico Madrid, but a lot may depend on who is willing to match his valuation.
Speaking after the Europa League final defeat to Tottenham, the winger made it pretty clear that he was considering his future:
“Up until the final, I played every round helping the team, and today I play 20 minutes, I don’t know. The final will influence [my decision], but the whole season, the situation of the club. I’m going to try to enjoy the summer and see what happens afterwards.”
Subsequent reports have suggested that head coach Ruben Amorim has told Garnacho that he is free to leave Old Trafford.
