Some critics have suggested that Liverpool are already in holiday mode after securing the Premier League title earlier this month.

Wirtz was reportedly impressed by Liverpool's ambition during discussions about a potential transfer.
Bild provides details of the attacking midfielder's conversations with Liverpool, whose eagerness to build on a successful first season under Arne Slot immediately appealed to the sought-after German international.
The possibility of being joined at Anfield by a familiar face in Jeremie Frimpong was another enticing factor, as was an impressive pitch from Slot himself.
Bayern Munich were long considered the favourites to sign Wirtz if he chose to explore new opportunities - but Liverpool have now taken pole position in the race for the Bayer Leverkusen star.

Amidst the buzz that Florian Wirtz could be heading to Liverpool, Bayern Munich's club president Herbert Hainer has seemingly put the rumours to bed.
He made it clear that Wirtz is not eyeing a move to the Bavarian giants, stating: "Max Eberl [sporting director] informed me that Florian Wirtz is probably leaning towards Liverpool."

Everton are mulling over a plan to woo Ben Doak to the blue side of Merseyside in the upcoming summer transfer window.
