Finally the end of the season to forget. [West Ham](https://www.claretandhugh.info/west-ham-looking-for-number-42/) travel to Ipswich in a game that will see the home side bidding farewell to the Premier League as their relegation is assured.
For West Ham the possibilities are finishing anywhere from seventeenth to fourteenth depending on other results. Hopefully our players have been made painfully aware that it is imperative-for Hammers fans anyway who will clutch at straws to get any comfort from a dismal season – to finish above Tottenham.
So the three points is essential but Potter’s set up could yet again disappoint: After so much criticism in the last few weeks you’d seriously hope that instead of digging in his heels and sticking with the ‘nine defensive players on the pitch’ system that infuriates so many, the Hammers manager bites the bullet and send out a front THREE to carry a goal three from the start and -shock, horror, _maybe aim to score the first goal?_
Rant over, time to best guess Potter’s selection: 3-5-2 (yawn)
Areola |Todibo, Kilman, Cresswell | Wan-Bissaka, Soucek, Paquetá, Ward Prowse, Emerson | Bowen, Kudus
Scores:
Martin 0 – 0 nobody cares enough to score
Matt 0-2 West Ham win
Gonzo 1-2 West Ham win
Sean 0-1 West Ham win
