Nottingham Forest vs Chelsea TV channel, live steam and kick-off time

It all comes down to this for Chelsea. The final game of the Premier League season sees them come up against fellow Champions League hopefuls Nottingham Forest.

Chelsea travel to the East Midlands knowing that a win will see them play Champions League football next season. However, they face a team with the same ambitions.

Ahead of the game there are just two positions and one point separating the Blues in fifth and Forest in seventh. Enzo Maresca’s side know that any slip up could be costly.

Eyes may also be on the games involving Man City, Newcastle United and Aston Villa with only three of the five teams finishing the day in the crucial top five positions.
