West Ham United are in front at Ipswich Town on the final day of the 2024/25 Premier League season.
The Hammers went close to taking the lead early on, when home defender Axel Tuanzebe almost turned into his own net, but the hosts came back to enjoy a decent spell of pressure.
Nathan Broadhead forced a strong save from Łukasz Fabiański, and after Jarrod Bowen was denied by Christian Walton at the other end, Omari Hutchinson hit the post after getting the better of Ollie Scarles.
And ultimately it was the visitors who edged their noses in front near the half-time whistle, Bowen this time profiting from an Ipswich mistake and teeing up James Ward-Prowse to notch his first goal of the season from point-blank range.
