Salah matched it in just 38 games.

Now, it’s only 20. Salah didn’t just match the number.
He did it with fewer chances.
Salah’s 47 came from 29 goals and 18 assists.
His 29 goals earned him the Golden Boot—his fourth.
He also won the Playmaker award for the most assists in the league.
No other player got more than 12.
He came close to breaking the assists record too.
The current mark is 20—set by Thierry Henry and Kevin De Bruyne.
Salah ended just two shy.
That moment summed up the season. He wasn’t just winning titles. He was rewriting history.
And the numbers keep stacking up. He now has 186 Premier League goals—just one behind Andy Cole in the all-time charts.
He’s also at 245 goals for Liverpool.
