Even lesser-known names, like an undrafted free agent or a practice squad player with a unique backstory (Buffalo Joe, anyone?), might captivate viewers with unexpected humor or grit. The Bills’ roster is full of personalities, and “Hard Knocks” certainly will uncover hidden gems, ensuring plenty of entertaining moments beyond the headliners.
