Kevin De Bruyne played his final game for Manchester City on Sunday.
The Belgian rounded off a decade at the Etihad Stadium by helping Manchester City record a 2-0 win over Fulham at Craven Cottage, a result which was enough to secure UEFA Champions League football for the Citizens next season.

De Bruyne is now expected to join Napoli on a free transfer.
Those in Naples are jubilant after Antonio Conte guided them to the Serie A title – having ended last season sat tenth – and it was a dramatic finale as Inter Milan finished just one point behind.
However, despite celebrations in Naples, there could already be an issue emerging for Kevin De Bruyne.
Antonio Conte set to leave Napoli
The Belgium international could soon be joining a managerless Napoli, which would hardly be the ideal way to start life in Italian football.

Napoli have already decided to pursue Massimiliano Allegri as a replacement for the 55-year-old, who is in contention to return to Juventus as a replacement for Igor Tudor.
Manchester City supporters will hope Kevin De Bruyne still joins Napoli
Manchester City fans were pleased to hear De Bruyne is likely to join Napoli, with many unwilling to see the 33-year-old join a Premier League rival.
Therefore, those same supporters will hope talk of Conte leaving does not jeopardise the deal, as there are several Premier League sides who are being linked with the man from Drongen.
There are whispers Newcastle are keen on De Bruyne along with Liverpool, as reported by Pete Graves of Sky Sports.

He said: “I’m sure many of the clubs in and around the top six would be interested. I mean, I heard Liverpool linked. Someone actually said to me in Bilbao, they’d heard Newcastle.”
Furthermore, Aston Villa have also been linked with De Bruyne, so if this move to Napoli no longer materialises due to Conte departing, Manchester City could well be facing the Belgian next season.
