Antoine Semenyo scored twice in the second half to defeat the Foxes, who offered little going forward, Andoni Iraola's side firmly in control for much of the 90 minutes.
That win moved the Cherries to 56 points and ninth place - a record points haul, and a record-equalling league finish in the top flight.
