West Ham ended their Premier League season with a 3-1 victory over Ipswich Town, and several players said their farewells at Portman Road.
Lukasz Fabianski played the 90 minutes as he made his final appearance ahead of his contract expiring, and he was impressive as he made several saves.
West Ham secured a victory as James Ward-Prowse, Jarrod Bowen, and Mohammed Kudus scored, with the latter potentially also leaving in the summer.
Tomas Soucek has also been linked with a move away, but he has now sent a message to a departing teammate after the Ipswich game.

Soucek sends farewell message to Vladimir Coufal
Vladimir Coufal quickly became a popular player at West Ham, and he came off the bench for his final appearance at Ipswich.

The 32-year-old came on for Oliver Scarles in the final 20 minutes as he bowed out after five years as a Hammer, and has sent an emotional farewell message to the Irons.
“It has been some ride, some journey. I will never be able to express by my words what this club means for me. I can just say a big thank you to all my teammates I have played with over the five years,” he posted on Instagram.
“I had the honour and privilege to play with really top-class and talented players that I could not even imagine I will be able to play with, massive thank you to all staff in the background, all masseurs, physiotherapists, players care, media team and to all managers and coaches.

“To all fans who supported me and gave me so much energy every game I played, and I tried from the bottom of my heart to never let you down, thank you also to all fans who criticised and hated me because you made me more resilient and mentally much stronger.”
Declan Rice, Jesse Lingard and Soucek all liked the post, while his Czech teammate also commented with heart emojis, having both arrived in the same summer window from Slavia Prague.
West Ham must keep Soucek this summer
While the decision to let Coufal go is the right one, given that he has fallen down the pecking order under Graham Potter, it is the opposite for Soucek.
The midfielder has been linked with Everton as David Moyes is reportedly keen to reunite with the Czech star, but this would be a disaster for West Ham.
Soucek has proven invaluable on and off the pitch in the last few years and offers physicality and goal threat from the middle of the park.
West Ham need to keep players like Soucek, who also lead the way in terms of mentality and passion, and build around them as they aim to improve from a dismal campaign.
With Aaron Wan-Bissaka leaving Coufal behind since his arrival from Manchester United; those are the types of signings that need to be prioritised this summer, not more exits.
