Chelsea will be back amongst Europe’s elite next season after securing their return to the Champions League with a huge win against Nottingham Forest.
Levi Colwill scored the crucial goal for the Blues, as the youngest team in Premier League history completed a sensational season by finishing in the top four.
Enzo Maresca was clearly delighted with the achievement, while owner Todd Boehly embraced players on the pitch as they continued to show there is plenty to be excited about at Stamford Bridge right now.
The manager got his squad selection spot on in the final few weeks of the season, and this included on the final day. The call to start Tosin Adarabioyo was perfect for the opposition.
After a tough season, Robert Sanchez continued in the starting side, and played his part in a resolute defensive display just when his side needed it.

Another added: “Robert Sanchez, they don’t sing your praises but I know what you did for us this run-in and I won’t turn a blind eye to it. Easily top 3 players for us this season and a top 3 GK in the league. Love him and accept him, you won’t find many better in Europe.”
A third stated: “Can we talk about Robert Sanchez in this run in tho, incredible.”
Another user claimed: “Kudos to Robert Sanchez btw. His end to the season has been really strong. Seems like he’s realized he’s not the best on the ball and has stopped doing things he isn’t sure he can. Good shot-stopper, great cross catcher and has cut out his mistakes. Should absolutely stay next season, even if he is #2, but needs more competition than he got from Jørgensen.”

Robert Sanchez’s Chelsea future
The most recent reports have stated that there is currently no clarity over who will be starting between the sticks at Stamford Bridge by the time the new season begins.
Maresca wants a new goalkeeper, even though he has regularly defended Sanchez during tough times this season.
Djordje Petrovic is returning from a very impressive loan spell at Strasbourg, and will surely fancy his chances at being able to break into the starting side if given the chance.
For large portions of this season it looked as if Sanchez was not up to the task, however his end of the season has proven he still could have a role to play.
