Lakers superstar Luka Doncic has made noticeable strides in his physical conditioning since the end of the NBA season.
The Los Angeles Lakers' season came to a disappointing end with a swift first-round exit in just five games against the Minnesota Timberwolves.

With that, all hopes now turn to next season, likely one of the final, if not the final, championship runs with LeBron James still on the roster.
One player already taking next season seriously is the Lakers' Slovenian superstar Luka Doncic, who has been hard at work since shortly after the season ended, aiming to get into top physical shape.
According to SportKlub, Doncic returned to his hometown of Ljubljana, Slovenia just four days after the season concluded, beginning the first phase of what will be a long offseason.
"Doncic has focused on reshaping his body in Ljubljana—so far, without basketball," SportKlub reports. "This includes guided conditioning sessions in the gym and a revised diet."
"The first physical results are reportedly already quite visible, and measurement results are said to be encouraging," reports say.
Recently, Doncic was spotted attending a Real Madrid basketball game, his former team, in the Spanish League. From the photos and videos that surfaced, it’s clear that he already looks noticeably fitter compared to the end of the Lakers’ season.
The early signs are promising for the Lakers, who will need much more from Doncic next season and beyond. The 26-year-old is expected to re-sign with the franchise on a max contract, reportedly worth around $230 million.
