The Liverpool party has not ended at Anfield this Bank Holiday weekend, with the title parade set to get underway this Monday afternoon.
Scheduled to begin at 2:30 PM BST, the victory parade will traverse a 15-kilometer route designed to accommodate an estimated 750,000 to 1 million supporters.
Mirroring the scale of the 2019 Champions League and 2022 domestic cup celebrations, the procession will start at Allerton Maze, winding through Queens Drive, Mill Bank, West Derby Road, Islington, Leeds Street, and The Strand before concluding at Blundell Street near the waterfront.
Authorities anticipate the event will last 3–5 hours, with rolling road closures disrupting traffic.
But off the pitch, the Premier League title has paid dividends.
The Mirror have reported that Liverpool FC have secured a record-breaking £56.4 million in Premier League merit payments for their 2024-25 title victory.
The figure surpasses Manchester City’s previous record of £53.5 million set in 2022-23 and comes amid reports of total club earnings exceeding £180 million when factoring in broadcast and commercial revenues.
While their £56.4 million merit payment for finishing first represents the positional prize money, the club’s total Premier League distributions – including facility fees for 30 televised matches and equal share commercial payments – are projected to reach £181.5 million according to The Athletic.
This shatters the previous record of £176.2 million held by Manchester City
