Chelsea got the better of Nottingham Forest in their final Premier League game of the season, securing a place in next season’s Champions League.
The Blues booted their opponents into the Conference League after winning 1-0 at the City Ground, with Levi Colwill scoring the only goal of the game and stepping up with a huge defensive performance.
Very few pundits predicted Chelsea would finish in the top four before the season got underway, however Enzo Maresca was keen to point out just how big an achievement his players had completed.
This has seen some warn Maresca to not rub it in to pundits, however it would be foolish to not allow the Italian to celebrate his first campaign in charge.
The attention will quickly turn to the Conference League final on Wednesday, although for some it has already switched to the calibre of player they could attract in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Enzo Maresca admires Delap
The current Chelsea manager has plenty of experience working with Delap after the pair were together at the academy of Manchester City.
It has therefore been reported that Maresca has made Delap his number one target this summer, despite a number of strikers being on their shortlist.
The Blues are also big fans of Benjamin Sesko and Viktor Gyokeres, who are expected to be on the move this summer as plenty of elite sides look to bolster their options.
There have also been long-term links to Victor Osimhen, with it remaining to be seen if the promise of Champions League football could see him drop his wage demands.
