Cleveland Browns rookie quarterback Shedeur Sanders was the talk of the 2025 NFL Draft after he went from being a projected top pick to a fifth-round selection.
All eyes will be on him throughout the offseason as he battles with Super Bowl champion Joe Flacco, former first-round flameout Kenny Pickett and classmate Dillon Gabriel for the Browns' starting role. While he is likely as focused as ever following the draft slide and his goals of sticking on the Browns' roster, he did take some time off recently to attend the wedding of Travis Hunter.
His college teammate at Jackson State and Colorado, who won the Heisman Trophy in 2024, married his longtime girlfriend Leanna Lenee over the weekend. While Hunter and his bride were the stars of the show, many fans online have been talking about what Sanders decided to wear.
Although it's unclear if he changed clothes upon arrival, pictures and videos of Sanders sporting a Lamborghini windbreaker and jeans have emerged.
"Why is he not dressed in a suit… come on man," commented one fan.
"Now he knew better to come to a wedding dress like that. He knew the day was coming," added another.
"This is how he went to the wedding," questioned a third.
"It don’t matter how he came he still in attendance," chimed in another.
"Could’ve at least wore a suit," suggested another.
"Idc how good of friends we are do not show up to my wedding in that," wrote another.

As for the wedding itself, Hunter announced in November while appearing on Sanders' "2Legendary" podcast that it would take place after his rookie minicamp and be held in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
The video also saw Sanders ask if he was Hunter's best man, to which Hunter replied, "Bro, what? The two ended up laughing about it, and Sanders also said he just wanted to "pop in and out."
Unlike Sanders who fell in the draft, Hunter didn't have to wait long to hear his name called. The Jacksonville Jaguars traded up to take him with the No. 2 overall pick, and are hoping he can be a dynamic two-way star in the NFL like he was in Boulder.
Although Sanders and Hunter aren't scheduled to play one another this year, they may cross paths as opponents somewhere down the line.
