Dozens of people have been taken to hospital after the car crashed into the crowd in Water Street, Liverpool city centre, on Bank Holiday Monday.

Two of those taken to hospital, including a child, suffered serious injuries, Dave Kitchin from the North West Ambulance Service told a press conference.
