Barcelona have reportedly come up with a plan for Dani Olmo and Pedri over the summer break in a bid to keep the duo in great physical shape.
Pedri has enjoyed a stellar season where he’s managed to put his injury problems behind him, while Olmo has seen his campaign disrupted by minor physical issues.
According to Marca, both players will have a club fitness coach “working with them daily” over the summer who will provide a “specific” regime.
Barca are thrilled by the results they have had with Pedri’s fitness this season - and want that to continue - so are eager to keep an eye on him over the break.
The Catalans are also said to be keen do something similar with Olmo. He’ll have a fitness trainer over the holidays to monitor him and supervise any training.
Yet both players will have to wait a little while to have a rest. They’ve been named in the Spain squad for June’s Nations League Final Four campaign.
