Jobe Bellingham looks set to leave Sunderland this summer, and West Ham could be his destination.
Graham Potter has a busy summer ahead of him, with plenty of changes required for the Hammers to push further up the Premier League table next term.
Although the season ended on Sunday (25 May), Potter seems to be well underway in his preparation for West Ham’s summer.
Bellingham is already set for Premier League football after promotion with the Black Cats, but that isn’t stopping him from moving on, it seems.

West Ham keen on Bellingham
Not everyone at the London Stadium is convinced by Potter so far, with his start to life in East London proving to be slow.

That means that there is plenty of pressure on the boss at West Ham to get his recruitment right this summer, in the hope of pushing further up the table next term.
It seems as though the 50-year-old is keen to go into the transfer market with big ambitions, too.
According to the Daily Mirror (27 May, page 53), the Irons are still keen on making a move for Bellingham ahead of the new season.
Despite gaining promotion to the Premier League with Sunderland in the play-off final, the report states that Bellingham is ready to quit at the Stadium of Light.
The Black Cats have a valuation of £25million, with the midfielder already flying to Germany for talks with Eintracht Frankfurt, having already spoken to Borussia Dortmund.
Therefore, while the Hammers are keen, it seems as though Germany is his most likely destination.

Bellingham would be strong business for West Ham
They may be set to have a battle on their hands, but signing Bellingham would be a sensational bit of business for the Irons.
The midfielder has shown his versatility, having also played a more attacking role in the Championship, and his impressive performances have rightly gained him admirers.

Bellingham is attracting attention.
Bellingham does not turn 20 until September, and given Potter is known for his work with younger talent, it could turn out to be a match made in heaven.
As a fellow for the under-21 England side, it’s clear that the youngster is on track to follow in the footsteps of his brother and achieve big things.
While Germany could be an attractive prospect, if the Irons can guarantee game time where others can’t, they could swoop in.
