Liverpool fans revealed they had a 'bad gut feeling' about the parade just moments before disaster struck for the thousands innocently celebrating the club's win.
Yesterday (May 26) was supposed to be a day of joy and unity for Liverpool after Arne Slot's side took to the victory bus to lift the Premier League trophy, with masses of fans present to watch the major moment.
However, just after 6pm, terror replaced jubilation after a car ploughed into a crowd of people, with the horrific footage showing fans bouncing off the speeding vehicle. Police arrested a 53-year-old white British man, who they said to be the driver of the car.
It's now known that 47 people have suffered injuries, including four children, with 27 of those being rushed to hospital for treatment - four who are 'very ill', according to the Mayor of the Liverpool City Region.
Some fans have now shared that they left before the celebrations turned into 'hell', reporting of an 'eerie' feeling moments prior to the black car ploughing into the masses of people.
