Slavia Prague manager Jindřich Trpišovský has admitted his side could lose their star players to Brighton and Hove Albion, Nottingham Forest or Newcastle United this summer.
[Infotbal cover comments](https://infotbal.cz/trpisovsky-promluvil-o-prestupech-ogbu-muze-porad-odejit-trener-slavie-verejne-podekoval-dioufovi/) from him today in which he admits he fully expects Premier League clubs to come calling at some point.
He was appearing on the Tiki-Taka programme to discuss his side and how even recent contract renewals may not keep his best players.
Slavia announced during their title celebration on Saturday that Igoh Ogbu had signed a new contract at the club. This news surprised many as the goalkeeper has interest around Europe, including a €12m bid from Galatasaray.
Trpišovský is pleased about that, but admits it means nothing if the likes of Nottingham or Newcastle come calling in August.
_“Igoh Ogbu extended his contract, which was extremely important for us,” he said about the goalkeeper._
_“He wants to stay here, he wants to play in the Champions League, but in August it could happen that Nottingham or Newcastle call and say they need a stopper. And he will leave anyway.”_
Ogbu is not the only Slavia player to have been linked with an exit, with 20-year-old Malick Diouf also reportedly on the radar of several clubs.
He’s already been linked with the likes of Liverpool, Brighton and Chelsea over the past few months and Trpišovský admits once again that if someone like Brighton moves, there’s little they can do.
_“Of course it’s possible. Someone moves from Brighton to Chelsea and Brighton starts looking for a replacement. They can’t agree at the two clubs, and they end up with this name,”_ he added.
_“One can paint it somehow, but with Malick we all feel the ratio of performance, age and the player’s interest, because he is an exceptional player. I can’t imagine that he would stay in the Czech league._
_“I have to thank him here for the entire club, because he had the opportunity in the winter, he had good offers. Our appeal was for him to finish the season, and he said that he definitely came with Slavia to win the title. And he really postponed his departure to a big club for half a year, which is admirable. Malick and his agent behaved fantastically.”_
