With the 2024-25 season already over, FC Barcelona are now fully focused on strengthening the squad for the next season and planning their moves for the upcoming summer transfer window.
For this transfer window, the Blaugranes will be looking to find new destinations for the players who are not needed in Hansi Flickās squad for the next season before embarking on operations for new signings.
Barcelona looking for a new club for Pau Victor
One such player for whom the Catalans are looking for a new club is the striker Pau Victor. After signing permanently for the club, the young striker showed promising signs in the last preseason. However, he has been unable to get a lot of minutes, which is understandable considering the performances of the Blaugrana frontline.
However, his situation is different than that of Ansu Fati as Barcelona are still confident of his growth as a player, and want to retain control of his future, and thus are looking for a new club with their primary concern being the opportunity to play regularly.
Several La Liga teams interested
Fortunately, SPORT reports that there is no shortage of offers for Pau Victor, as Real Betis, Sevilla, Girona, Valencia, and Celta Vigo have all asked about him, while Villarreal have also been monitoring the player. There are also some offers from abroad, but it looks highly likely that he will remain in La Liga.

Barcelona are looking either for a loan or for a purchase with a buyback option to retain control of his future, and to get him back into the team if his performances are convincing.
Last winter, he was unable to leave because Hansi Flick wanted to have him in his team as a different type of attacker, and he also got some minutes in big games in the final phase of the season.
Barcelona are convinced that he is a very competent forward and are confident of his ability to perform in the first division. However, it remains to be seen where he will be playing next season.
