NETFLIX makes a Cannes buy / Box office hits new record / Job Board Tuesday!

Where this was my Wordle yesterday, so my week is clearly all downhill from here (the word somehow just popped into my head while listening to NBA pre-game talk).
PLUS: Good news for any ROKU employees in NYC — you can have one of the best commutes in the business! A majority of the 5 Times Square building (ROKU’s current NYC home)is being turned into apartments. The relatively new office building, in the heart of Manhattan, has been about 80% vacant for the past 3 years. #I🫶NY.
AND: Texas is a procedural step away from sending a 10-year film/TV production tax credit bill to the Governor for signature,which would allot $150M a year (technically $300M every 2 years),guaranteed through 2035.
Previously Texas tax credits had to be approved every 2 years, which obviously is not great for production planning purposes.
OH: Texas is also on the cusp of**banning social media for minors (under 18)**. Florida passed a similar bill already (for those under 14).
OK: This one just kinda makes sense.

THEN: This was just a really interesting read on**the power of deep breathing techniques** —The Athleticpiece is centered on how top athletes use it to decrease anxiety and increase focus . . . but you don’t have to be an athlete at all to benefit from incorporating these techniques either into your daily routine, or even just when feelings of stress appear in your body.
