Everton are keen to strengthen their attack in the summer transfer window, and have now set their sights on Nick Woltemade.
David Moyes is eager to bring in reinforcements who can add more quality in front of goal, with several exits already being confirmed.
Everton climbed up the Premier League table since Moyes returned midway through the season, and will need to replace the likes of Jack Harrison and Jesper Lindstrom.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin could follow Armando Broja out the door, meaning a centre-forward will be a priority this summer, and Woltemade could be the answer.

Everton interested in Woltemade amid salary revelation
Everton are among those interested in German attacker Woltemade, who could arrive as a striker to compete with and likely usurp Beto in the pecking order, although in can play deeper, too.

Woltemade has had an excellent season with VFB Stuttgart, scoring 17 goals in 33 games across all competitions, including the opening strike in the DFB-Pokal final as his side lifted the trophy.
German outlet BILD has now reported that Everton, Bayern Munich and Brighton are all interested in the attacker, who was recently called up to the German national squad for the first time.

Woltemade this season
Astonishingly, Woltemade is on a salary of £1.2million per year, a weekly rate of just £23,000, and while it is claimed that discussions could take place over a pay rise, this could open the door for Everton to swoop in as one of Stuttgart’s lowest earners.

Woltemade would join Everton as a cup-winning striker
The 23-year-old has really caught the eye in the Bundesliga this season, but it was in the cup where he made his most impressive impact.
Stuttgart won the DFB-Pokal for the first time in 28 years, and Woltemade was their most important player throughout the entire run.
Aside from missing the quarter-final with illness, the striker scored in every single round, including in the semi-final against RB Leipzig, and will go down in club history for his performances in this run.
Should Everton sign him, they will land a goalscorer who has consistently improved over the course of the season, and a forward with the experience of a shock cup win under his belt, and at 1.98 metres tall, he certainly has the physical presence to compete with Beto.
