Peterborough United have received an approach from Fulham over left-back Harley Mills, Football League World understands.
The Posh are mulling over a £1m offer from the Cottagers for the teenager.
Mills, 19, was playing on loan at Enfield at the start of the season before being called back to London Road.
He scored a superb free-kick against League One title-winners Birmingham City in the Vertu Cup final last month - and that sent the scouts flocking to see Darren Ferguson’s men.
Fulham like what they see from Harley Mills
Mills’s progress has been noted by the west London club who want to continue his development as part of their Under-23s.
Posh are in no hurry to cash in on one of their main assets - and have offered the left-back improved terms to stay with them.
But the lure of being part of a Premier League club will appeal to the youngster who is set to bag a bumper contract as part of the deal.
Posh stars attract interest
Mills is among several Peterborough United stars who are attracting interest this summer with Kwame Poku attracting considerable interest in particular.
Birmingham City have submitted a contract offer for Poku, but face transfer interest from Sunderland and Sheffield United for his signature.

It remains to be seen where Poku ends up but he won't be short of suitors.
