Manchester United are set to offload a significant number of their squad this summer as the Red Devils’ recruitment team plan to remodel the squad for Ruben Amorim.
The Portuguese manager is set for his first full season in charge and as such is looking to cull some of the deadweight and offload players who don’t fit into his playstyle.
However, one of United’s top players is also now set to leave the club after an explosive bust up with the Portuguese manager.
Alejandro Garnacho has been told by Amorim his United career is over as the manager declared “you better pray you find a club to sign you” in front of his teammates.
The public announcement came in training after United’s Europa League final loss to Tottenham Hotspur following Garnacho’s brutal post-match interview, undermining the Portuguese manager.
The Argentine winger commented: “Our season was s***. We didn’t beat anyone in the league. We lacked a lot of things. When you don’t score goals, you always need more.
“Until we reached the final, I played every round. And I played 20 minutes today – I don’t know. I’m going to try to enjoy the summer and see what happens next.”

Affect of Ruben Amorim outburst on Alejandro Garnacho sale
Unfortunately, The Daily Mail has now reported that the public knowledge of the outburst could be detrimental to United.
Chelsea and Napoli are both keen on signing the attacker, with United hoping to cash in between £60 million and £70 million on their academy graduate.
However, with Amorim defiantly calling an end to Garnacho’s United career , both clubs are very aware that United have no option but to sell the star, thus weaking The Red Devils’ position of negotiation.
As such, United may now have to accept a reduced deal for what they initially hoped to get for the Argentina international.
