Midfielder Salah-Eddine Oulad M’hand is likely to leave Arsenal this summer after five years at the club.
Now aged 21, the midfielder, who was previously at Feyenoord’s academy, signed for Arsenal in 2020 but is set to depart without having made a competitive senior appearance for the Gunners.
This season Salah-Eddine was one of the standout performers for Arsenal U21s but he received just three senior callups – against Brighton in the Premier League as well as Atalanta and Girona in the Champions League.
He was also previously named on the bench for the first-team on nine occasions in the 2021/22 season.
Salah-Eddine joined Hull City on loan in the summer of 2022 with an option for a permanent move but didn’t make a single appearance due to injury.
He played 20 times while on loan at Den Bosch during the 2023/24 campaign.
In total Salah-Eddine made 46 appearances for Arsenal at U21 level and scored 12 goals, while he provided 11 assists.
From next season if he remained at Arsenal Salah-Eddine would count as a senior player with regards to age.
The likes of Khayon Edwards, Nathan Butler-Oyedeji, Jack Henry-Francis and Jimi Gower will also leave Arsenal when their contracts expire at the end of next month.
