James Tarkowski was undoubtedly one of the best players at Everton as they finished 13th in the Premier League.
David Moyes’ return to Goodison Park was a brilliant decision from The Friedkin Group (TFG) as he changed the tide at the Toffees, who were relegation contenders under Sean Dyche.
Supporters will now expect the Blues to make further progress next season, and Tarkowski’s role at the Hill Dickinson Stadium may be pivotal after returning from injury.
The English centre-back’s performances this season haven’t gone unnoticed, as he’s been recognised as one of the best defenders in the world.

Supporters will expect the Blues to push for a European spot in the Premier League after watching relegation battles in recent campaigns.
Everton must ensure Moyes has quality options to choose from next season, with a massive squad rebuild on the horizon due to several expiring contracts.
Tarkowski’s last-gasp goal to secure a draw against Liverpool in the final Merseyside derby at Goodison Park will go down in the history books.
The 32-year-old defender’s absence in recent weeks was noticeable as the Toffees weren’t as resolute defensively.
