The Austrian was presented with the John Duncan Award, which is given to an individual manager for a historic achievement, and to a manager who represents the values of passion and service to football which the late John Duncan embodied.
Glasner received the honour at the 33rd LMA Annual Awards dinner on Tuesday evening, only days after masterminding Palace's first-ever major trophy success in the 2025 FA Cup Final.
The recipient is selected by the LMA committee, with previous winners including the Scottish coach Lou Macari (2023) and former Palace boss Roy Hodgson, who picked up the title 12 months ago.
In his first full season at Selhurst Park, Glasner also steered his team to a club-record Premier League points total of 53, as well as the historic FA Cup triumph against Manchester City.
**Congratulations, Oliver!**
