NBA Fans Roast Tyrese Haliburton’s Pregame Fit Before Game 4 vs. Knicks

The Indiana Pacers entered Tuesday night with a 2-1 series lead over the New York Knicks in the Eastern Conference Finals. After blowing a 20-point lead and losing Game 3, 106-100, they are still looking to move within one win of their first NBA Finals appearance since 2000.

Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton is a major reason why Indiana has made it this far. He’s hit a pair of game-winners in these playoffs and is averaging 18.5 points, 5.5 rebounds, and 8.4 assists per game in the postseason.

With Game 4 set for Tuesday night in Indianapolis, Haliburton arrived early ahead of the 8 p.m. ET tip-off and showed up to Gainbridge Fieldhouse in style.

He wore a light gray blazer, but instead of the usual pants, he paired it with matching gray shorts. Underneath, the two-time NBA All-Star kept it simple with a black shirt.

Haliburton completed the look with black dress shoes, black crew socks, dark sunglasses, and a leather duffel bag to match.

The NBA shared a video of him entering the arena, and fans were quick to roast Haliburton in the replies for his outfit choice.

"Bro dressed like he goes to a British boarding school," a fan said.

"Steve Erkel in the building! He gonna ball out tonight for sure (dad’s at the game!)," added another.

"out here dressed like prince george," another wrote.

"Not the shorts with the blazer !!! Ahh Knicks win," said a fan.

"Bro looks like Jack Black in school of rock," one added.

"What the helly is that fit?" another said.

Haliburton is in his sixth NBA season after being drafted No. 12 overall by the Sacramento Kings. The 25-year-old was traded to the Pacers during the 2021–22 season.

Along with two NBA All-Star appearances, he’s been named to the All-NBA Third Team twice, made the All-Rookie First Team in 2021, and led the league in assists last season.
