Everton have some exciting plans in place to attack the summer transfer market.
Angus Kinnear was brought in from Leeds United earlier this month to front The Friedkin Group’s ambitions on Merseyside.
Having only been in the job for a matter of days, Kinnear admitted Everton have a huge summer ahead of them.
Not only are Everton looking to improve the quality of their squad, but they are also needing to combat the departing players at the end of their deals.
Having had time to assess their plans for the summer, Everton are looking to add in four key positions with a new defender on the radar.
It is still unknown where Michael Keane’s future lies as the Toffees are yet to make an announcement on a potential new deal for the 32-year-old.
With defensive additions on their radar, the Blues are now going to have to compete against Paris Saint-Germain for one of their targets.

Everton set for Paris Saint-Germain battle over defender
David Moyes has been able to boast a solid backline on Merseyside after inheriting some good players from the previous regime.

However, Moyes does want to add a new centre-back with Everton eyeing Red Star Belgrade’s Veljko Milosavljevic as a potential option.
According to Serbian outlet, Everton are now going to face competition from Paris Saint-Germain for the 17-year-old.
It is not just the Toffees who are keen with Celtic also throwing their hat in the ring to pull off what would be an ambitious coup.
James Tarkowski picked up a serious injury towards the back end of the season which only highlighted the need for Everton to bring in new faces.
Clearly, this is a player who is very highly rated across Europe with the Champions League finalists keen to secure his signature.
Everton are set to keep Jarrad Branthwaite this summer
Although Everton want to add to their defence this summer, they will also be keen to keep their current options on Merseyside.
Jarrad Branthwaite has received a lot of interest heading into the summer window from clubs across Europe.
However, the Blues will be keen to keep their best players at the club ahead of their move to the Hill Dickinson Stadium.
Branthwaite has admitted he wants to captain Everton in what will be a real boost for the fans heading into the market.
Everton have their starting centre-backs in Branthwaite, Tarkowski and even Jake O’Brien, but adding a youngster to learn from those experienced players could be a really smart move.
