DAVID Brooks has been nominated for the Premier League goal of the season.
The Welshman’s strike for the Cherries against Everton, securing Bournemouth a 1-0 win, is among 10 goals nominated for the award.
It was brilliant Brooks volley which broke the deadlock against the Toffees back in January, earning him the goal of the month gong.

The 27-year-old did the rest, volleying superbly past Jordan Pickford, who had kept his side in the game up to that point.
The 1-0 win broke the Cherries’ best ever unbeaten run in the Premier League, taking them to eight unbeaten.
Brooks is up against nine other goals from the season, including strikes from the likes of Cole Palmer, Alexander Isak and Jhon Duran.
Omar Marmoush’s goal vs the Cherries last week is nominated, too.
To vote for Brooks’ goal, visit the Premier League website. Voting closes at 6pm on Friday, May 30.
