[Outright Games](https://www.nintendo-insider.com/tag/outright-games/) has revealed its family-friendly basketball game **NBA Bounce**, which is coming to [Nintendo Switch](https://www.nintendo-insider.com/tag/nintendo-switch/).
Unfinished Pixel is the developer behind this officially licensed game, which has been “designed with even the youngest basketball players in mind.” That has resulted in it including tutorials, intuitive controls and three difficulty levels to make sure that you can shoot, dribble and dunk at your own pace.
With up to four players in local multiplayer, you can perfect both basic and more complex moves to lead your team to victory on the court. There are four unique modes with different game structures, ranging from a quick match to a full season, 32 challenges to win trophies and collectables to unlock.
The game’s male and female avatars can be customised with options that let you adjust head size, skin tones, facial features, clothing and accessories, to create a player that accurately represents yourself or a wackier cartoon player.
Every official NBA mascot can take to the court as unlockable playable characters, letting you play as mascots from teams like the Chicago Bulls, Denver Nuggets, Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, Miami Heat, and the Milwaukee Bucks.
“Collaborating with the NBA, an association with such an important legacy and wide reach into other genres of entertainment, marks a new milestone for Outright Games as the first sports organisation we have worked with,” explains Outright Games managing director Stephanie Malham. “For NBA Bounce, it is a privilege for us to bring our expertise in creating playable games for younger players to foster a love of basketball, sports, and sports video games to the next generation of fans.”
NBA Bounce will be released at retail and digitally on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch worldwide on 26 September 2025.
