Chelsea manager Enzo Maresca will not receive a bonus if his side win Wednesday's Europa Conference League final.
The Chelsea manager is looking to cap what has already been a successful debut season in charge of the Blues with a piece of silverware.
Sunday's victory over Nottingham Forest on what was the final day of the Premier League sealed fourth spot for Chelsea and Champions League qualification.
A number of bonuses were included in Maresca's five-year deal when he was hired last summer with the club striving to get back into contention for major honours.
However, The Sun report that the Italian will receive no personal financial reward for beating Real Betis on Wednesday night with Chelsea having started the tournament as clear favourites.
Maresca has already achieved his primary objective, qualifying the the Champions League, and has said that he has done so ahead of schedule with the owners having given him two seasons to do it.

The Chelsea players, however, will be in line for bonuses if they return from Poland with the trophy.
The size of those bonuses will depend on the number of appearances they have made in the competition.
And that spells bad news for Cole Palmer, who was not included in the squad for the league phase of the competition.
The London club still topped the standings without him, winning all six of their games.
