Five sold, three sign: What Manchester United dream attacking options could look like next season - gallery

Manchester United hope to have a very different look to their attack when they begin next season under Ruben Amorim. The United head coach wants to overhaul his attacking options this summer and sign players who are better-suited to his style of play.

United are close to completion on a deal that will see Matheus Cunha join the club from Wolves, while Amorim would also love to add a striker and another attacking midfielder to his first-team squad. There is a preference to sign players who have already proved they can handle the physical demands of the Premier League and who can improve the athleticism of the side, regardless of the style of play they adopt.

It is understood United have a transfer budget of roughly £100 million that is not dependant on player sales, while they could also boost it significantly if they manage to sell some star players. Here is what their attacking options could look like next season.
