Aston Villa have been linked with a move for LOSC Lille keeper Lucas Chevalier in the upcoming transfer window.
Dr Rajpal Brar, an injury expert, has assessed his fitness record over the past few seasons to gauge if there are any underlying issues interested clubs should look out for.
The 23-year-old has been the first choice for Lille and has kept 11 clean sheets in the league this season.

Villa medical unlikely to be an issue for the Lille goalkeeper
Chevalier should have no issues in passing his medical as he’s not sustained any major injuries of late, according to Dr Brar.
Sacha Tavolieri reported on 23 May, reported that Villa have opened talks to sign him this summer.
If he does end up moving to Villa Park and replacing Emi Martinez, he will have to clear his medical.

Speaking about this situation, Dr Brar, a doctor in physical therapy and a sports scientist, told Villa News: “He has not faced any significant injuries that would cause issues for a medical.
“He’s played regularly and the adaptation for a keeper in a different league is also easier.
“There are no red flags I see here that would make Aston Villa think twice.”
