Nottingham Forest will be targeting attackers as the order of the day in the summer transfer window.
Chris Wood fired 20 goals during the 2024/25 campaign and has signed a new two-year deal with the club but more firepower is definitely required.
Backup striker Taiwo Awoniyi only scored one Premier League goal during the campaign and perhaps better options are required with European action on the cards.
Several players are going to be linked with Forest this summer, with attackers likely to make up the majority of the club’s shortlist ready to attack when the window gets into full swing.

Nottingham Forest want Roony Bardghji
According to Give Me Sport, Forest are waiting in the wings to try and land the talented 19-year-old, with his future up in the air this summer.
Tottenham lead the race, however, with the Copenhagen player seemingly available for a fee in the region of £10 million
Bardghji is entering the final six months of his contract and the Danish outfit are now under pressure to cash in to avoid losing him on a free transfer.
The player has endured a rotten 12 months after picking up a serious knee injury and that might complicate matters for some clubs who need someone to come in and make an immediate impact.

Bardghji made just six appearances for his current club and the lack of football does represent a cause for concern.
Forest landing wonderkid would be ideal but more quality is needed
Bardghji is clearly a talented player and you only have to look at the clubs who want him to understand that as fact.
The teenager has scored 15 goals in 84 appearances for his current club and has experience of playing in Europe with the Danish team.
There would be absolutely nothing wrong with Forest landing Bardghji but ultimately a stellar striker approaching the peak of his powers is also required to compete with Wood.
At £10 million, the youngster would at least represent a steal and it will be interesting to see if he does arrive in the Premier League this summer.
