James Maddison was among the players picking up a winners medal for Tottenham in the Europa League final vs. Man Utd. He was not part of the Spurs squad, being out with injury. Harry Maguire played the full match for Man Utd, and again ending on the defeated side in a final.
George Hirst played from start for Ipswich in their 1-3 home defeat to West Ham. He left the field after 70 minutes. Calvin Bassey was an unused sub for Fulham in their 0-2 home defeat to Man City.
Hamza Choudhury and Tom Cannon had to see defeat in the Championship play-off final for his Sheffield United. Choudhury played the full game, Cannon came on late second half. The Blades took an early lead. However, two Sunderland goals made the difference. In the end, the Black Cats secured a 2-1 win and took the last promotion spot to Premier League.

Chris Wood played the full game for Forest when they were defeated 0-1 at home to Chelsea. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall came on in the 86th minute for The Blues.
