If we are sticking with the former it is time to make some room between anger and heresy. A new circle is required to capture the profound horror of United’s post-season tour of Asia.
It had already plumbed the depths, long before yesterday’s harrowing defeat to a team called ASEAN All-Stars. This is an invitational side of the best and brightest talent from a region which certainly hosts a mean Full Moon party but does not traditionally contribute much to elite football.
