Have you ever wondered what it would be like to see LeBron James and Victor Wembanyama team up? Well, you're about to find out.
Two NBA icons, one a legend, the other a rising star, will appear together uniquely this summer. While they won’t share the court, LeBron and Wembanyama are joining forces for a major event in June that promises energy, excitement and unforgettable moments.
Fanatics announced the collaboration on Wednesday, and it’s already being billed as a legendary, can’t-miss gathering for basketball and pop culture fans alike.
"The Shop is coming to the big stage at Fanatics Fest Saturday, June 21st at 1:30pm. You don’t want to miss these conversations ð Tickets in bio."
If you're not familiar, The Shop is LeBron James’ signature barbershop-style talk show. The series creates space for unfiltered, real conversations on everything from sports and entertainment to culture and business.
Essentially Sports described the show this way:
"The whole point of the show is to mirror the kind of real conversations people have in barbershops. It typically goes on for about 30-45 minutes, featuring a rotating cast of guests from sports, music, film, politics and business. "
But The Shop is more than just a talk show. For LeBron, it has deep cultural meaning.
"But what sits with LeBron James personally is its connection with cultural roots in the Black community, because people regard the barbershop as a place for unfiltered dialogue."

James, 40, is the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. The Los Angeles Lakers forward has won four NBA championships and has appeared in the NBA Finals 10 times. In 2025, he was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as part of the legendary 2008 U.S. Olympic Team. James has won three Olympic gold medals and one bronze.
Wembanyama, 21, represents the future of the NBA. Drafted first overall by the San Antonio Spurs in 2023, the 7-foot-3 center has played 117 games over two seasons. He was named the French Player of the Year in 2023, won NBA Rookie of the Year in 2024 and became an All-Star this past season.
These two players may be at opposite ends of their careers, but for one afternoon, they’ll share the same stage, and that moment will be must-see.
