Everton are open to buying more than one striker when the market does open over the coming days.
However, their targets could already be set to dwindle as the clubs around them in the Premier League look to get their business done early.

With the Leeds boss convinced Kilicsoy is the right fit for the Whites, Leeds are believed to be preparing a €12m (£10m) which would meet Besiktas’ demands.
However, there is one catch as Besiktas’ management are believed to prefer the notion of Kilicsoy leaving on loan.
Everton have been eyeing Kilicsoy as a striker option for a while now given the fierce nature of the race for Liam Delap.
The Toffees are going to need a list of options as clubs are now looking to snap up their new number nines as soon as the window opens.
Everton must not panic in striker market
Despite Delap being impressed with his Everton meeting, the youngster is destined for Stamford Bridge with the lure of Champions League football.
Everton will not have expected to be favourites in the pursuit of the 20-year-old, but it will come as a disappointment.
What is now crucial for the Blues is they do not panic and rush in for any old striker.
This is a position where Everton have experienced their issues in over recent years and they will not want to make another going into their new stadium.
