Victor Osimhen is attracting major interest from the Saudi Pro League and according to Footmercato, Al Hilal have just offered him a mega three-year contract.

The Nigerian international is wanted by some of the biggest European clubs but Al Hilal want to sign him before the Club World Cup. The Middle Eastern side have offered him a three-year deal worth €40 million per year.

Al Hilal are still waiting for Osimhen’s response but multiple transfer experts think that the Napoli man has his heart set on a move to the Premier League and he is actually waiting for one of the interested clubs to table an offer. Arsenal have moved away from Victor Osimhen in recent weeks and right now Manchester United and Chelsea are the two big English teams left in this transfer race.

Will Victor Osimhen join a PL side or is the €120m offer too good to refuse?

There’s no denying that Al Hilal’s offer is mouth-watering but over the years, Victor Osimhen has said multiple times that he dreams of playing in the Premier League.

Last summer, it was impossible for most clubs to sign him because Napoli wanted nothing less than €100 million. However, now that the Serie A side are willing to offload him for around €75 million, a move to England looks a lot more realistic.

Both Man United and Chelsea are in need of a new striker and the 26-year-old fits the description perfectly. Osimhen is a seasoned pro with 76 goals in 133 appearances for Napoli and even for Galatasaray, he has netted 36 goals in 40 matches.

He is the type of player who can come in and make an instant impact at either club but the two Premier League sides need to move fast. Not many people have the willpower to keep a €120 million contract offer on hold for too long.

Manchester United need to think for a bit before they can spend €75 million this summer but Chelsea have secured Champions League football and with Christopher Nkunku leaving, the Blues can very easily spend afford Victor Osimhen.

With such a massive offer, it will be unfair to not label Al Hilal as the favourites in this transfer race but we strongly believe that if Manchester United or Chelsea hold formal talks with the player’s representatives, they will be able to land the Nigerian international very easily.
