Exclusive: Man City now ready to loan out £100m attacker as Newcastle and Tottenham circle around.

TBR Football can exclusively reveal that Jack Grealish is wanted by a host of clubs this summer as Man City look to offload him.

Grealish rose to prominence at Aston Villa, where he captained the club and played a key role in their promotion to the Premier League in 2019.

His performances at Villa saw him attract interest from Man City, who signed him for a record-breaking fee of £100m.

However, he has struggled to consistently perform in Pep Guardiola’s system, scoring only 17 goals in 157 games across all competitions.

Man City are now keen on offloading him, with plenty of clubs showing interest in securing his services.

Manchester City open to loaning Jack Grealish amid interest from Newcastle and Aston Villa

TBR Football chief correspondent Graeme Bailey understands that Manchester City are ready to consider a loan deal for Jack Grealish this summer.

As per sources, a host of Premier League clubs are interested in signing him, including Newcastle, West Ham, and Everton as well as his former side Aston Villa.

However, TBR Football understands that his high wages remain a huge problem for potential suitors, with the 29-year-old being one of the top-ten paid players in the Premier League.

The likes of Saudi Pro League and Qatar are also interested in signing him and can easily afford to as well, however, as per TBR Football, Grealish is not desperate to leave Man City, in fact, he is very happy at Manchester.

Outside England and the Gulf, there is interest from Serie A as well, with Italian champions Napoli monitoring him and so are AC Milan who are said to be his long-time admirers.

Tottenham have also been strongly linked with Jack Grealish

Tottenham are another club strongly linked with Grealish in recent weeks, with reports claiming that they have emerged as a serious contender to sign him.

Having won the Europa League, ending their trophy drought and qualifying for the Champions League, Spurs will be looking to bolster their squad.

Former Watford striker Troy Deeney has already backed Grealish to join Spurs, suggesting he would thrive with regular football in North London.

However, Grealish’s wages could be a problem for Tottenham as well, given Daniel Levy’s strict financial policies.

With City keen on offloading Grealish but the player not actively looking to move, it remains to be seen if the club can successfully get rid of him this summer.
