Hey Folks, this post is in conjunction with today’s new Arsecast in which we go through the entire team and give them a player rating from 1-10. You can listen to the pod in all the usual podcast places, or get it on site here: **URL to follow**
Some notes:
**1** – **Ignore the positions** – I’ve just listed the players in the order in which we discuss them on the podcast.
**2** – **The ratings are individual**. By which I mean they are based on what we expect from each player, and how they’ve performed based on those expectations. So please don’t think ‘Hey you gave this player 8 so how can this player be higher/lower!’.
Our ratings are blank, these are just down to you!
**3** – Our ratings have a **starting point of 6**, and go up and down from that baseline.
**4** – You don’t have to listen to the podcast to leave ratings, but it’s probably a bit more fun if you do!
**5** – **Don’t take it too seriously**, it’s just a bit of fun.
