A police investigation is underway at a townhome in Streamwood, Illinois, early Thursday morning.
Investigative teams were seen gathering evidence from inside the home starting around 10 p.m. Video from the scene shows police officers entering the townhome in the 1500 block of McKool Avenue.
Neighbors told CBS News Chicago they heard gunshots at the home. It is not clear if anyone was injured inside the house.
The Streamwood Police Department has not provided any details on the focus of the investigation and what happened inside the townhome.
