Donald Trump, current US President, was recently praised for his authenticity by Harrison Butker, placekicker for the Kansas City Chiefs. Butker discussed exactly this in an episode of ‘The LOOPcast’ along with Mike Schmitz, Matt Walsh and Michael Knowles. The football players shed plenty of light on their Catholic faith and also spoke about open depictions of faith among other football players and teams.
While speaking about this topic, Butker professed his admiration for the sitting POTUS’ brutal honesty and genuineness on all matters, including his faith. President Trump has been very open about his Christian faith and has several times verbally confessed this.
“I think it was great that Trump got elected. I think he represents speaking and being authentically yourself, whether you agree or disagree with him, Trump is gonna be who he is, whether the lights are on or they’re off. He’s genuine. I think people can appreciate that. As Catholics, we should be like that behind closed doors, in public with our families, wives or children, we should be the same. We should be virtuous human beings, men and women of God trying to strive to be saints.” Harrison Butker said about US President Donald Trump in ‘The LOOPcast’ podcast.
Harrison Butker has been playing for the Kansas City Chiefs since 2017. Before that, he was a part of the Carolina Panthers but did not play officially for the team. Before coming to the NFL, Butker played college football for the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Just like President Donald Trump, Butker has also been very open about his faith, particularly his Catholic faith and is a very outspoken pro-life advocate.

Donald Trump’s Special Advisor, Elon Musk, Leaves Administration
In other news, US President Donald Trump’s special advisor, Elon Musk, recently announced that he is leaving the administration. Musk’s decision to leave the special post with the administration that he so fondly praised and funded over the last few years, came as a result of him butting heads with none but the POTUS himself.

Elon Musk apparently did not agree with President Trump’s ‘big beautiful bill’ which covers both immigration and tax. In a social media post on X, which he purchased a couple of years back, Elon Musk announced his decision to leave his “scheduled time as a Special Government Employee” and thanked President Donald Trump. He also mentioned that his ‘DOGE’ mission will continue to strengthen over time through a collaboration with the government.
