Manchester United conclude their post-season tour when they take on Hong Kong in a friendly match on Friday.
Just days after their crushing Europa League final defeat to Tottenham and concluding their worst league season in 50 years, United were on the road to Asia for two exhibition games.
Wednesday’s game in Malaysia against ASEAN All-Stars – a team made up of South East Asian internationals – ended in defeat, a rotten result and performance regardless of its friendly status.
Before heading back to the UK, they take on the Hong Kong national team in a rare club vs country fixture.
Hong Kong are ranked 153rd in Fifa’s world rankings, below New Caledonia and Guyana and just ahead of Moldova.

Alejandro Garnacho played the second-half midweek with his future sill under intense scrutiny after lashing out at his manager’s decision to leave him on the bench for the Europa League final.
‘If the players are available, I am going to put the players to play.,” Amorim said on Thursday.
‘I will try to divide [the team] because I don’t want all the young kids together.
‘I don’t know if they [Garnacho and Fernandes] will play together. I am trying to balance the team, but if they are fit, they will play. We will have the maximum respect for everybody here.’
