Coming off an incredibly disappointing 2024-25 season, change seemed like it could very well be in the air at [Juventus](https://www.blackwhitereadallover.com) both on the sideline and as well as the front office.
Before Juventus choose their next head coach, it appears the wheels are already in motion to remake the sporting area that will pick that new manager.
According to Sky Italia’s Gianluca Di Marzio, Juventus are set to part ways with Chief Football Officer Cristiano Giuntoli after two years with the club. Giuntoli, who made way to Turin from Napoli after their Scudetto-winning season 2022-23, took on the task of trying to completely overhaul Juve’s roster during the 2024 summer transfer window and is now seeing the result of a mercato gone wrong and a hiring a Thiago Motta that only lasted 10 months after the Brazilian-Italian manager was fired back in March. Juve’s spending during the summer transfer window last year pushed €200 million, with notable youngsters Dean Huijsen and Matias Soulé having to be sacrificed to help balance the books.
Parting ways with Giuntoli won’t come cheap, as he was only two years through a contract through 2028 worth €1.6 million a season that he agreed to in the summer of 2023.
