Chelsea came from behind to beat Real Betis 4-1 and win the Europa Conference League on Wednesday.
The Spanish side had taken the lead through Abde Zzzalzouli and were still ahead at half-time, but Enzo Fernandez levelled things up with a deft header from Cole Palmer’s cross shortly after the restart.
Palmer then crossed for Nicolas Jackson to put Enzo Maresca’s side in front, before Jadon Sancho and Moises Caicedo both netted late on to ensure victory for the Blues.
Chelsea are now the only side to have won all three UEFA club competitions, having previously lifted both the Champions League and Europa League twice each.
Now, it appears that the West London outfit may also be handed a boost off the pitch.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are set to sign Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap in the coming days.

The Italian journalist claims that the Englishman is set to sign a contract with Chelsea in the next day, before completing a move from Portman Road to Stamford Bridge.
It is claimed that the Tractor Boys have given permission for the 22-year-old to undergo a medical at Chelsea, with the London side set to trigger the player’s release clause.
Delap’s release clause has fallen to £30 million following Ipswich’s relegation back down to the Championship, and Romano claims that his former side Manchester City will also receive 30% of the transfer fee.
Having signed for Ipswich from City last summer, Delap netted 12 times in 37 Premier League games during an impressive debut campaign in East Anglia.
Romano claims, however, that he has now decided to join Chelsea with City having opted against the idea of activating a buy-back clause.
He suggests that Delap will sign a long-term deal with the Blues, having been convinced to join the club in part due to Maresca and also due to the opportunity to play in the Champions League next term.
